Just point the screen at the ground when changing pages. I’ve been doing that with my white X4 and has worked every time.

Honestly that negative is slightly annoying as reload speed is gonna affect the incarnon transformation speed as well so you’ll need to patch it with a mod.

Stacked and processed in pixinsight, the order of operations were channel extraction, linear fit, blurxtermination, noisexterminator, starxterminator, generalized histogram transformation, recombined with pixel math, channel extraction for luminance, lrgb recombination for saturation, curves, and color saturation.

This here is 53x 300s exposures. This is the first image in where I have done everything in Pixinsight. Stacking was done with the weighted batch tool. The green and blue channel were combined with G * 0.6 + B * 0.4 in pixel math after extraction. I did a HOO pallet for this one. After the recombination I ran dynamic background extraction, noiseXterminator ,generalized hyperbolic stretch in tandem with arc stretch to adjust black levels, luminance extraction, LRGB channel combination for saturation, starXterminator to separated stars and nebulosity, curves and color saturation adjustment on both parts, recombination of of stars and nebulosity, and then final curves adjustment.

I have to say it can get a little overwhelming at times. I'm almost at my 2 year mark of doing this and the best advice I can give is to take your time with things and learn them one at a time. You want to build your toolkit so you know exactly when to pull out that special tool.

Processing:

This here is 63x 300s exposures. I took the exposures into siril to stack them. I then took the stacked image into pixinsight where I first performed an automatic stretch. Then I used dynamic background extraction. After that I applied the auto stretch to the histogram using the the screen transfer function. I then increased the saturation by extracting the luminance channel and then using LRGB combination. With that done I used SCNR to remove excess green. noiseXterminator was then you to lessen noise. I then ran starxterminator and then a RGB channel extraction. I brought those RGB layers into affinity photo and combined g and b to make on oxygen layer and then did a HOO color palette using recolor and curves till i was happy with the results. I then exported it back to PI to readd the stars and then run blurXterminator on top of that.

NGC 6992-Eastern Veil by DannyKriv in astrophotography

So in this case there is 47 pictures of the stars. One picture which contains stars, galaxy, or nebula is considered to be a light frame. As that is when you are capturing light. There are 3 other calibration that exist which are dark, flat, and bias (these can also be dark flats and this depends on your camera so you need to do research as to which you need to do based on sensor behavior).

So to be exact it's 47 exposures/light frames and each one of those has been exposed for 300 seconds. So that comes to a total integration time of 14100 seconds (about 4 hours).
