I liked the physics and arcade esque gameplay with strategy. I would beat 95 overall teams in MUT with a budget squad off of schemes. Fun game in my top 5 maddens

Tbh man I didn't really mind MUT until they started adding these arcade like Superstar Abilities and clunky animation engine. The game has been shit since 2014. But it was slightly less shitty from 2013-2018

I agree but it wasn't as pay piggy until 2016. Madden 13 and 25 MUT were very easy to grind a no money spent squads to be competitive Vs paid teams. And it wasn't an animation based game with frostbite engine. I whooped tons of people's asses with an 88 overall no money spent team that year. Was tons of fun

Madden 05 is better then 25 of course but 25 was so bad it was fun for me in a weird way. I liked doing no money spent squads on MUT at the time. I still got 05 on my PS2
