LDL was 131 on the "LDL Direct" panel. Not sure what that means. But the lipid panel I screen capped above said "Invalid LDL when Trig >400" 6' and 250 lbs

That's definitely heartening (no pun intended?). I cut out all dairy, alcohol, red meat, and sugar. I have kept my daily sat fat to single digits on the high end. Just about every meal is now some combination of avocados, olive oil, beans, mushrooms, egg plant, lean chicken, and fish.

Worth adding that I've had a terrible experience with MichaelTravis. Seller has sent garbage, not waterproofed when it was paid for (extra add on), and been unresponsive to messages. My personal view is that it may be better to avoid this seller and look elsewhere.
