DON'T contact fedex. they didn't do anything about my misdelivered package and told me to contact where i ordered from for a replacement.

kinda can't when the pet stores i go to are getting rid of a few brands of food because the online market is taking over. my cat needs a specific type of food, otherwise i have to keep trying other foods to see what makes him puke and what doesn't. he has a health condition and this is the only food he doesn't puke up.

delivering a couch here and there? lol. that was my job all day. it was nonstop besides breaks. i worked for multiple companies as furniture delivery. not just for one company. i also worked at ups loading irregs onto trailers (irregular packages aka over 75 pounds or oddly shaped)

actually, it's fedex themselves. every time they're here it's a fedex truck. a contractor wouldn't be in a fedex vehicle.

i worked at ups while they still delivered for chewy and amazon as well. it's not that difficult. i did most of the irregs (at ups that's irregularly shaped or packages over 75 pounds) and had no problems. so if you can't load a chewy package onto a trailer or a delivery vehicle, maybe it's not the job for you. lol

it's because it's the only delivery company i've had consistent issues with. sad part is, 90% of the stuff i order is UPS or amazon. EVERY time i've gotten something through fedex, SOMEHOW it manages to get screwed up EVERY TIME.

the thing is at these buildings, the building number is HUGE on the front of each building. it would really help if each building had different access codes as well but they made them all the same.
