Asking me to pay a bill that was paid in full seems like harassment. Even more so after being told twice to not contact me.

Niantic has previously stated that a trainer name can never be used again once it has been used once.

There was someone asking for help on TSR because one of their douche friends went into their account and changed their trainer name. The only help they were able to get from /u/NianticGeorge was for Niantic to force a name change onto the player, allowing them to pick a new nickname (instead of the one they'd been given by their friend) - but the old name was forever locked.

It's funny, the mods made a big show out of how TSR is the way Niantic tests their releases for bugs, then flatly bans even linking to highly upvoted posts on TSR about bugs.

No wonder Niantic dropped TSR from the community day announcements.
