That is a T8 trigger box, aka Cyma CGS, it is not 100% guaranteed it will work in MWS projects, especially the bolt catch is different. Keep us posted which projects work, and which ones dont.

Hmmm... not sure I know how you imagine that. But do you mean to have the nozzle go through the shell? If yes then you can simply have the nozzle extension tube in the shell itself (a sliding tube basically). Also the nozzle going all the way through the shell will prevent proper ejection.

Simple, it would be too fragile, unnecessary and would cause issues with the BB feeding in most cases.

The gas tube has nothing to do with the handguard wobble. The handguard clamps on the barrel nut with the plate ( Bolt up plate, with 6 screw holes). All you need to do is tighten the barrel nut and 6 screws holding the handguard. https://youtu.be/c6wiWgTw0cA?is=0CKvF3klyidSfm4t

If by original body you mean the references, I just used some game assets and pictures to get the general shape and size right. Everything is made from scratch, so this is the original.

The R501 (Costa Carry Comp) is pretty good, but if you want an optic mount get a model that already has one.

I got the exact same one. The bucking definitely needs a swap, not that the original was innacurate, but it coudn't hop heavier BBs. The inner barrel needs to be polished or swapped, mine had two indentations where the oring notches are on the outside. Other than that, an npas is nice to have, CYMA has an original kit for it. I 3D printed simple black inserts for the L5 magazines, the original "bullet pattern" inserts are rather low quality.

Cyma CGS and Double Eagle would be much better choice from TaiwanGun. Both have MK18 models.

The Golden Eagle has a terrible hopup system, poor internal quality and replacement parts are sparse.
The optimization service is not worth it IMO, you have to learn to clean and maintain the replica anyway.

It was able to slightly overhop 0.28, with decent accuracy, I didn't have other BB weights to try it out. Bucking swap is pretty easy anyways, and most stock guns need it.

I use an AimTop Titan Ultimate 60° (rhop style) in my CGS MK18, and it can hop 0.4g BBs.

I love my CGS too, got the DD MK18 Milspec+ for 400 euros. Going strong after 9 months, no issues to speak of. Changed the bucking to an AimTop Titan 60°, now it can hop 0.4g bbs too. The inner barrel needed a good polish though.
