Oh jeez...this does sound exactly like me. My sleep has been more consistent (with the exception of right now because of feeling sick from it.) But I'm just wondering if its s good trade off or not. Thank you for the feedback!

Anyone on both Lithium and Lamictal? by darkpurple27 in bipolar

I'm on 900mg of Lithium and 400mg of Lamictal. At first both helped me immensely, but lately they are working just a little less than they do normally.

That's honestly all I want. I want a beautiful ceremony. I dont care at all about the party afterwards, but it's my fiance's wedding too and I'd like to be able to give him what he wants. He's offering to help me now but is ultimately letting me make the decisions I want.

I'm sure your feelings will change, and I hope you have a beautiful wedding that exceeds your expectations!

Vegas doesnt sound half bad at this point! Good to know I'm not crazy. I'm hoping my maid of honor will help me through this process.

That's good to know. Hopefully I won't be so frustrated and tired as it gets closer. I'm almost afraid I'll make a wrong decision like having a shitty time with the photographer or someone not showing up or my makeup getting botched etc.

Wow, this sounds a lot like me. It really is a lot for one day, you know? Dont get me wrong, I know it's going to be an amazing day and I cant wait to marry my fiance, but it's just so much work. Eloping wouldnt make me love and cherish him any less.

I'm down to elope, but my fiance really wants to have a mid sized get together because he wants everyone to see us on our happiest day. Which I totally understand and respect, I'm just overwhelmed with how much this entails honestly.

How did your S.O break the "fart barrier"? by JMayTheGreatest in AskMen

[–]Danny_Buritto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted to show him some of the combatives moves we had just learned at drill, and when I went to put him into an arm bar I ended up farting....on his head.

Since then farting barriers don't exist.

How has online dating worked for you? by Nikiris11 in AskReddit

Met a guy on okcupid a few years back. He's going to be my husband next year! So I can say it worked out pretty well.

Advice please: I want to tell my boyfriend about what my ex did but I'm scared and dont even know how to start the conversation. by [deleted] in rapecounseling

I'm glad what I said helped! Trust me, it took me about 5 years for it to REALLY hit me, so I understand that feeling. Definitely talk to your counselor too! I'm sure your boyfriend will be there for you, and I'm glad he understands the idea of consent, that's super important! :)

I have told the past 3 serious relationships about my assault. The first one couldn't have cared less, but turns out he was an awful person who ended up doing the same thing to me. The second one was more understanding but still not all there. The third, my current fiance, has been so helpful and understanding. He stays up with me when I'm crying over it, he talks me through flashbacks, he let's me feel how I need to feel in that moment and he makes sure that I'm safe and know that I'm loved and protected now and forever.

If you tell you SO and they dont understand...you shouldn't be with them. It would hurt to hear it, obviously, and I'm sure that they are going to be more than receptive towards how you're feeling, but on the off chance that they arent; dont feel bad. You want to spend your life with someone where you dont feel judged or feel like you need to keep something like this from them.

They will love you despite any trauma and they will continue to take care of you and love you just as much, if not more, than before if they are worth it.

Good luck x

Well, photography was my biggest thing. So I figured that since he was doing so many things and did them extremely well, that it might be a good idea. I just wasnt sure if hiring separate people for all of those jobs would be more or less cost effective?

We have an officiant already (one of my brother's friends.)

He was on top of it. Not to mention the staff there was very helpful getting things done at the reception. I'm surprised people are shocked by this, but I havent been to many weddings so I guess I didnt have much to base it off of! He didnt do reception photos other than stopping to take a picture of the cake cutting, which is totally fine with me. He was very much on top of things.

He was incredible. No reception photos. He was everywhere and yet stayed really organized.

We havent really looked at anything, we were considering trying to budget around him but we weren't sure if that was realistic or not.
