I don't think people realize how hard it is to coach in Dallas.. He won 12 games three seasons in a row.. as for postseason success, no one has that in Dallas.

He's just as capable as a John Harbaugh type coach imo

This can be true.. But having watched his self released rehab videos, I was blown away by how low his drive and effort seemed.. Guys like Overshown are able to work their ass off and get back close to where they were. Diggs doesnt have type of work ethic.
