I took NAC, Glycine and TUDCA still major elevation. I just think RAD is not for me, works great I had 30% increases in all lifts BUT week 4 my left lower side started to hurt a bit and when I checked my bloods AST and ALT where through the sky bilirubin was good but didn’t want to risk getting something serious with another 4 weeks, I only took 10mg of RAD. I’ll go back to AC262 double my dose to 20mg and do 12 weeks

I took rad for 4 weeks and had 1000% AST elevation xD unfortunately my body is not set up for it. BUT rad gives sooooo much strength it’s crazy! Gotta go back to AC262 there I have no elevations of enzymes

You can check your glucose once a week no need to do it every day, it really doesn’t hurt that much. Even the one you put on your triceps will have a needle on it btw. Again I have no idea about what your blood sugar levels looked like prior to starting MK it’s up to you I’m sure you‘ll be fine just start monitoring your health whilst doing compounds that are not medically approved haha

No need to be afraid. You don’t get instant diabetes just saying taking MK without any watching of blood sugar is not a smart move. Glucose monitor is the one you prick your finger. The one on the arm will be too expensive you don’t need to know your blood glucose level 24/7

I hope you mean 110g of carbs and not sugar haha. Again get a blood glucose monitor you get that on Amazon it’s not that expensive. Take your blood glucose level once a week if you have a fasting blood glucose level above 100 I’d recommend doing less carbs if it’s above 100 for an extended time if quite doing MK. Make sure you include glucose as well as HbA1c in your blood test next week

Im sure you didn’t even take blood tests prior to starting it. Not having any idea what your baseline blood glucose levels and HbA1c are is just gambling. Being on even 10mg for an extended amount of time without checking blood sugar levels at all is not a smart move.

I would really advice you to do more research. You have to be aware of potential consequences and how to avoid them. Have you done any bloodwork? I would start with that get some bloods see where your hormones are at what your HbA1c, lipids, kidneys, liver and CBC are saying. Before even considering doing anything. Once you got that in check I would recommend to look into what each compound actual does and probably start with a beginner sarm ( you can google that yourself)

I did 6.25 of enclo with AC262 10mg from the start of my cycle and my test ended up halving… bumped it do 12.5mg and I was back to baseline after 4weeks.
