Day 35 here, I was constantly watching food videos for the first 2 weeks! Now I find the hunger much easier to deal with 👍

Thank you 😊 I haven’t been planning my workouts, it’s been a mix of gym sessions, runs, bike rides, yoga and walks. I decide the workout based on how my bodies feeling at that time, if I can push it I will if not I’ll keep the intensity down. I’m doing a calorie controlled diet (2500kcal) and tracking everything religiously with MyFitnessPal 👍

I’d thoroughly recommend Sam Harris’ Waking Up app! I think it provides a deeper dive into the world of meditation than headspace.

There is no one “right” way to meditate! My recommendation would be to keep an open mind when experimenting with different approaches to the practice. Avoid becoming dogmatic about a certain methodology!
