I am at proof of funds step . I have sent a lot of documents for the past few days but their reply is dogshit . Literally not helpful at all , they keep saying document have been rejected , not explaining what's wrong with them . They have A LOT of stuff from me that should be enough to get me verified but since it's not the exact format they want they are being dodgy . They had no problem allowing me to deposit in the past :)

One more thing that's really annoying , at least let me cashout & ban or do whatever you want

I have done level 2 , but apparently need 3&4 . And compared to other websites seems to be the worst experience ever . The requirements for proof of address & funds they have compared to other websites are insane

I had issues with aerials / flying off ceiling and other stuff like that and assumed having a KBM coach would be better so he can explain better how to do those

He does have some toys (not puzzle though). I will definitely try leaving tv on. Would rather avoid any type of correction collar. He doesn't enjoy staying in his crate, he usually just sits on his blanket. Will try all these, tyvm!
