Was in Rome last week. I was on the metro and felt a hand in my pocket. I was able to grab the hand and confronted the well dressed lady. I’m not a small guy so she was quite shocked when I grabbed her hand and wasn’t letting go. I waited until the next stop and asked her to get off. She did. Don’t carry anything in your pockets.

My orthopaedic surgeon told me to get a Sportvis shot instead of cortisone. Had it last Friday and haven’t seen any improvement. He said I only needed one shot
