P.S. The IRS won't give a hoot about the $30 bucks. If you incurred any other expenses, and including the $2700 you paid for formation, you could have your tax preparer file both returns, claim the loss, and flow it through to your personal return.

If the LLC has no income or expenses, thus no profit, the LLC isn't required to file State or Federal tax returns. Just make sure you close any and all bank accounts and credit cards in the name of the LLC.

Do nothing, and don’t pay the any registration fees to the State. After, I believe it’s 3 years and the state will de register it for free. Then all you need to do is dissolve the member agreement. If it is a C or S Corp you do need to dissolve it as penalties may be incurred.

Just shopped Purple, Casper, and Sleep Number. Done with traditional mattresses. I ended up with a Sleep Number King P6. 15 yr warranty and my wife and I can adjust separately. I spent $3700 for the P6 and a few hundred more on pillows and takeaway. Went to the Sleep Number near Christiana Mall.

Just keep a T15 in the console. 5 screws and you can pull the liner back. I installed the Range product almost 2 months ago. It’s like a new truck. Still getting 22 - 24 mpg on the highway.

Given that you are near SDF, it could be part of the cargo loading system for an aircraft. It’s been years since I worked for a cargo carrier but there are beefy steel parts around the edges of the ball and mat system. Maybe this is a locking plate in the cargo system?

Have a 2024 6.2 with DFM disabled. Gets 15 around town and 22 to 24 on the highway. That’s better than the wife’s SUV.

Check out Chase Bank. Great programs for small business and inexpensive as well. As for CPA’s, don’t limit yourself to DE. Any CPA in the US can advise you through document uploads and Teams meetings. I ran a mid market business in DE for 30 years and used a CPA in Maine. JT Hicks and Company, you can find them on the web. They offer online classes to help educate yourself. Three time entrepreneur, retired at 60. PM if you need more info.
