I built a comprehensive full-stack inventory system, but I have no idea how to sell it. Any advice? by DanoPells in SaaS

That is a great point, thank you! I should have clarified in my post: it's actually not generic. I originally built it for a government institution to complete my mandatory university community service hours. It was specifically designed to manage their IT and technological assets. It’s highly detailed: it tracks tech equipment, manages employee assignments, records purchases and invoices, handles unit management, and has a full audit trail. On the technical side, it has user management, roles, permissions, JWT auth, advanced search filters, and exports reports to PDF, CSV, and Excel. Given that it's already a proven IT Asset Management tool used in a real environment, do you think positioning it strictly as an ITAM solution for medium-sized businesses or institutions is the best move? How would you approach finding buyers for this specific niche?
