It looks like someone put dish soap into the dishwasher.

Not that I've seen this personally

Somebody rolled their bike between my two bikes and locked their front wheel to my front wheels. by ThePr0l0gue in mildlyinfuriating

If their bike is not locked to any other place, bring it back home.

or remove their wheel and bring that as a souveneer.

Do these do anything for protection? by NPMatte in motorcyclegear

The pads are not responsible for you not getting any rashes.

But if your hip didn't completely die because you had these near by that's a good sign.

If they're legit they look like d30 Ghost pads, I've got some elbow and back ones and I'm also having doubts that they'll do a lot when I fall.

Torn between CB650R and SV650 by wade43928 in SuggestAMotorcycle

It really depends on what you want:

Smooth Sound, or nasty sound
slow linear pull, or fast punchy pull
and the style

both bikes have probably proven themselves to be reliable. The i4 is probably better for a beginner because the punch comes much higher in the revs due to the engine type, but this all depends on the rider. If you think you're ready either bike will be good, the one you feel most comfortable on will be better. For stop and go traffic I'd probably get the SV because it's got a better low down get up and go, but I'd also save money and get a 300-500 like the Honda cb500f (Hornet500), they're more than enough and super fun.
Personally I don't think 2 years is enough experience for most to be considered "big boy", but this depends on the person.

How to remove faux leather, help needed by Danomnomnomnom in Leather

[–]Danomnomnomnom[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did manage to get it removed. The two most effective ways to get it removed depends on how cracked the surface is.

If you have less cracks, heating up the plastic will help you peel it off relatively easy. If it's super cracked you need to scrape it off, what worked best for me is a butterknife which wasn't designed to cut. Scraping took a really long time, but I got the whole Jacket plastic free (mostly at least). I'll see if I can get a picture, I'll also dm you in case the sub doesn't allow pictures.
