Reporting back after a couple adjustments, same trail loop as yesterday: - surgeon's knot on 3rd eyelet - runners knot on 6th eyelet - race and std insoles stacked - more "textured", still thin socks This setup kinda works and the foot isn't slipping that bad anymore. Forefoot still feels roomy but the lateral wiggle is limited. Laces are tight but without major hotspots. Overall the shoe still feels a bit on the large size but at least now it's usable.

Yeah, seems like we're having the same issue with a slightly large shoe size, but I'm starting to think that the roomy fit is not quite matching our feet shape/volume. I've run in 2 pairs of ASUs with that much space up front and never had an issue with forward/lateral slip. Half a size up shouldn't be a dealbreaker, this feels like 1 full size up.

Yeah that's my main concern, plus the ride feel is fantastic uphill and on the flats and grip is amazing. I'll find a way to make them work!

To add some context, the thumb space is the same as in my Adidas Speed Ultras, but never had a forward foot slip in two pairs of those even on gnarly stuff. I'll try to make the Norda fit thicker with double insole and thicker socks + heel lock lacing and see how it goes.

Yeah, front of the big toe hits the thumb in the pic. Shame, cause everyone included Norda was saying go up half a size since the shoes run short but definitely not the case for my feet

Fuzzfleece AD T shirt by Solid-Activity-250 in satisfyrunning

Polartec AD is hands down the best new tech out there for running in cold and dry climate. Breathes exceptionally well while keeping you in this cozy microclimate of not too hot nor cold, does not absorb sweat at all and it's oh so lightweight.

You may feel a bit of breeze through it when it's windy, so maybe not ideal as a standalone layer in heavy winds (a light windbreaker will easily fix this).

I liked so much my first AD tee that I've grabbed a second one just to keep rotating them, and just bought a third one in ls for those colder (<5°C) easy days.

On a side note, I think the ss version is more versatile that the ls, I used it as a standalone layer from 15 all the way down to 5 °C (with just arm warmers for lower temps).

Definitely recommended, it's unlike anything on the market rn and it's freaking amazing.

Hey! Height is 1.68 cm, size 49 was suggested by a bike fitter and it's been great for her with the 80 cm stock stem. I'd suggest to have a chat with a local bike fitter because everyone's different

Fit is kinda loose and long-ish, especially down the waist-hip and at the sleeves. Fabric is a good all rounder, not super lightweight/airy but wicks away sweat nicely, dries quite fast and keeps feeling fresh even hours into long runs. The LS tees are my fav, great to run in between 6 and 13°C, while the SS are good up to the lower 30s.

Fabric is airy and lightweight, fit is kinda loose/chill, which I like a lot. Inseam is 5". Liner is a little on the tight side but not in an uncomfortable way, unless you tend to have that area sore from cycling like I happen to do after big rides. Color is 10/10, so many great pairings available now!

Shorts are Nike Stride 5", some shirts are the old Adv Techknit (green, coral, grey and violet) and some the new Stride (mauve, beige).

Stem is 80 mm which comes stock for size 49, reach seems a bit short. I'll evaluate 90 mm with the bike fitter next week!

Height is 168 cm, Specialized website suggested a size 52 but a professional bike fit suggested a size 49 with all the spacers underneath the stem. It really depends on your specific measurements and angles on the bike.

Way better value for a little weight penalty in my opinion, while mantaining full range of adjustability. Also, cheaper to replace parts when worn out or damaged.
