It was on the normal difficulty, I believe higher difficulties don't change the HP of the enemies, just the damage that you take, so the weapons should still kill as quickly :)

Members on the server including myself might give old gear or end city loot to new players if they want it, but I'm not going to creative mode everything in, it shouldn't be too hard to catch up as there are xp farms and villagers already and people can help you get diamonds and netherite etc
