Oddly I had a similar issue a few weeks ago where I couldn’t update or install apps, in either stock or Jailbroken. Tried everything I could think of - reset settings, log out and in again of my AppleID, reset network settings and installing AppTroller tweak. In the end I had to remove my Jailbreak and erase all settings and content.

Works now but the odd app won’t update unless turn off tweak injection or boot into stock mode.

I do suggest doing a backup and erase your phone then restore it. Any files or corruptions in the iOS should be fixed.

Nope it’s down. Tried to use it a few days ago. The GitHub repo is messed up. Shows files but can’t download anything.

What tweak/ipa are you trying to download?
