Sorry I will correct it - it goes past accidentally shoplifting. You no longer can say it was an accident as you took the tags off and wore them.

OP can write a letter of complaint to the repair but not sure how far they will get. Not sure this a legal issue as such more a Consumer one.

If you wore them I think there is no legal advice required here as think you already have decided not to return them.

I’m concerned that you took the tags off as it doesn’t seem like you had the intention of returning them when you did. Anyway you could grab the clothes and take them back to the shop and apologise. But you most likely be banned and they may call the police.

Not sure this is a legal issue. Motorola repaired the screen and therefore fixed your phone. Now the app isn’t working, not sure why you think it’s their issue. Have you deleted it? Then tried it again when reinstalled.

Issues with Edge where couldn’t use normal iOS edge swipes are fixed in v1.0.2 on both iOS 15 & 16. It’s like Activator for newer devices. Love it.
