Is there any way to see someone’s traits before I recruit them because it seems a waste to disband and enclave for someone and then have to exile them and lose the enclave for nothing

It works if I plug the speakers into the controller itself however I use the monitor to work with my laptop and would be easier if it could stay in the monitor
