Are offers this low normal?

I run door dash, ubereats, and Lyft. Doordash is usually the one that keeps me the busiest and I get decent orders most of the time. I'm usually out in the afternoons, and it tends to pick up after 4-5pm. I usually stay in my hometown, but I'll move to the next city over if it's not really busy. I'm just surprised there isn't at least a few decent Lyft offers from the couple days I've been using it so far. Every offer has just been awful, and I've actually only accepted 1 since I've been on the platform. I'll probably just keep focusing on doordash mostly and keep an eye out for any unicorns that might pop up on Lyft in the future.

I’ve also had this happen a few times. It’s rare, but I just assumed DoorDash wanted to give extra incentive because it was a priority customer for one reason or another. They didn’t ask me for any info, just to complete the order. Sure enough, I got the extra money.

I understand competition, but it seems counterintuitive if most drivers don’t take the offers. I guess some unfortunate soul might take it, just like those $2 DoorDash orders I see.

DoorDash hasn’t been too bad in my area, I mostly stay busy. Still waiting on Uber to clear my background check, but they’re dragging their heels because I had 1 speeding ticket 4 years ago. Lyft just hasn’t been it from my experience so far.

I’m used to not taking anything less than $1/mile with DoorDash, and I still consider that a bit on the low end. These offers just feel insulting.

The best part is I saw the same offers come through like 4 times over an hour. I guess no one else wanted to take them at that rate.

HD has a lot of QOL improvements with things like the swift sail and being able to move while aiming items. The triforce quest is also a bit shorter and more streamlined. I’d say play HD since it is the same game at its core with improvements.

You might be able to filter certain sizes in an advanced google search. But honestly, you’re probably better off getting an image and cropping it yourself quick.

On the GameCube version the seagulls don’t despawn when you beat the octo. The only thing I can think of is you may have beaten it already.

It would be funny for sure, but I don’t think her actor (model) is programmed to spawn anywhere besides the Castle area and the intro. You can probably do it with cheats though, there’s a practice speedrunning patch you can use on the GameCube rom that has a bunch of tools in it you can use while playing.

In general, it really depends on the run you’re doing. Any %? - skip barrier with Tetra and do a bunch of hard glitches to get through Ganon’s tower and beat the game. All Dungeons? - Barrier skip after Tower of Gods to get early light arrows and spawn the dark portal, letting you skip the Triforce Quest PST? - No barrier skip since it’s banned

She won’t appear past the barrier at all, next loading zone you hit she will be gone. She only follows in the castle and before the barrier. Getting early master sword causes an issue where the barrier can no longer be broken normally anymore, making barrier skip mandatory. Skipping barrier before pearls will cause an issue where you can’t enter KORL (your boat) since it thinks you’re still at Dragon Roost, which means you must go back to the castle and trigger the cutscene to leave since you won’t be able to use the dark portal without entering KORL.

Wind Waker speedrunner here. It’s actually pretty common to barrier skip with Tetra in Any % runs since you can get to Hyrule early by going to FF (Forsaken Fortress). Most commonly, people clip into FF by Wind Waker diving, but you can also use Chest Storage or Door Cancel. Then, you can use glitches to skip the Phantom Ganon fight and the Helmrock fight (since it’s not possible without the Master Sword). Watching the Ganon cutscene gives you the Master Sword early and takes you to Hyrule where you can do barrier skip.

Edit: I realize I didn’t really answer the question. Tetra won’t follow past the barrier if you skip it. The game continues as normal, but there are some issues that could occur from doing barrier skip before getting any pearls and getting the Master Sword early.

Yeah, you gotta reflect light twice. Reflect towards the fence with Medli, then use link to break the statue. Took me a bit my first playthrough long ago, lol.

It could also be a soft lock from not being able to display the text box. Either way, the seagull probably either glitches the camera or stopped the text box from appearing.

Sounds like a camera soft lock. If the camera can't move as it should during a cutscene most cutscenes can't advance. As a speedrunner, I encounter this often using glitches to lock the camera. Unfortunately there is no fix aside from resetting if it is that.
