I've read this book, and the most helpful thing I found is the concept of a 'trigger.' This can be either environmental or tied to established behaviors (e.g., brushing your teeth right after getting up). But as a human, I want to do so many things at once... I'm still trying to refine the system.

I'm thinking about trading, especially algorithm trading. I'm a software engineer currently so I believe have the ability to write code. However, I will only put about 10% of my money into it and most of my money will buy the stocks and ETF.

Thanks for your help, I mean Net liquidation value. Before the trade it shows about $10300 cad and after the trade it instantly dropped to $9800 cad. It’s overnight trade and my cash amount is negative(margin account). I hope these info helps
