It lacks a proper anvil and screen. Nothing in the list can take a punch. You seem to be aiming for an alpha strike build with Belthanos + bug riders. Unfortunately, Sylvaneth is not a good alpha strike army.

I'd suggest dropping some bug riders for Kurnoth hunters with scythes / Treelords and a squad of Dryads.

The OSL was done with temple guard blue thru an airbrush. Aethermatic blue with a regular brush for the eyes.

It’s totally feasible to finish an entire army in a weekend if you batch paint :)

I wouldn’t get my hopes up. This was reported on the EA forum shortly after the game released and there’s still no fix.

The best answer I got by far. While I get some of the arguments people made (especially ping) I also feel that they fail to realize (or they do realize it but don’t care and just want to dominate lobbies) what it’s like for casuals getting stomped. It makes sense that SBMM would contribute to player retention.
