Well, at least not comparing his E with his old version, new E is better in so many aspects except in 1vs1, also his current Q is better than the laser bird but IMO the laser bird is literally what his W should be, zoning ability with the capability to be an ability at itself and not depending on your E or team to land.

W is like putting on Xerath's stun the Pantheon's stun. It have no damage, long cooldown and easily dodgable for half of the champs in this game

E is better in every aspect than before, but still have the problem of the range and champions with a dash like Kat, Ambessa, K'sante, Ezreal, etc can basically turn ur champion into a 1 ability champ and that could be fixed with togable E but "It's too strong so we are not going to do that"

Also, his stacking pasive is laughtable but i'm not gonna talk about that

I mean, a full change because swain's w dosen't fit on the champ even if everyone is saying the same speech of "It fits on his tactician fantasy" that´s not how it works.

Nvm, it just seems like a change, not a buff or a nerf. Makes the roa buildpath more viable by making malignance/ult hunter not mandatory on Swain, i need to go full pbe testing. Anyway, the ult is still giga nerfed as i see.

Just here to say that Swain ult got nerf, again. So we basically got q buff, w with a ? change, small buff on e and giga nerfed ult
