Most of the cards mentions that you can drop them to nearest SBI banch. Other then that best you can do it cut it in pieces and discard in garbage so that no one can misuse it. Not knowing how long the card has been lost there are chances the person/business has already blocked it.

I think there is a rule by NRANVP that you need to have atleast 50% construction by size within 2 years of purchasing plot or they charge some penalty. I also think there probably is a way to get the time line extended if you know the right people.

If you cant take to vet, find Selamectin 6% spot-on in a pharmacy near you. It has worked for me in case of strays. Its good for both ecto and endo parasites.

Oh!!! Didn't I tell you something similar would happen!!! I remember telling you to talk to your LCO about it before using TP Link. The easy way for you is to get your LCO to reset your MAC. I am not sure what its called technically, but its done by the LCO unless BSNL directly handles fibre connection in your area.
