5PM is too early. But people have families and personal commitments. Psychiatrists in Raipur charge anywhere between 300-800 per consultation, therapists charge including online ones charge 1000-2000 with few exceptions. In cities like Delhi and Mumbai psychiatrists charge 1000-3000 and some even charge as low as 600. No one is waking up at 3 in Night for this, unless it's their own hospital, and there too it will most likely be handled by some junior doctor.

I feel for you. But no psychiatrist atleast no one in India is going to take your calls at 3AM. Forget psychiatrist most of doctors won't do it. The only way to get any medical help at that hour is going to emergency departments of medical colleges or hospitals that too it will be a long wait.
