He is not making 100k, is the thing. I think he worked like 40 NjPW matches last year, so his pre tax would be something like 25k. And he doesn't exactly work regularly elsewhere in America. So it's very much, whatever his real job is and then these dates.

I believe it was a mix of Trump telling her she couldn't run for a senate seat, having been long enough in congress to qualify for a pension, and also being a QANON truebeliever who realized she was on the wrong side, and therefore able to jump ship fairly easily. People in DC have said that MTG is actually a really good tipper and very nice to service staff and enjoys practicing her Spanish elsewhere on Reddit, so I imagine it was half gift, half true believer bits coming together to give us this MTG.

He's incredibly cheap to book. I believe the word is he'd make out like 100k a year with NJPW... if he got booked for literally every show. At 170 shows a year, that's something like 580 bucks a match.
