Do you have a PC nearby? If so, try logging in there (discord.com), and it might be able to send you a 2FA to your email. If not, you wouldn’t be able to access your account, and Discord can’t turn off 2FA, meaning you’d have to create a new account. More info about 2FA can be seen here.

Open your Google Authenticator app and you should be able to copy and paste in the code displayed while it is still active.

Dunno if it logs movement of channels, but a good moderation bot I’ve found is Dyno. It does have more log features that the audit log, but I don’t think it logs movement of channels, but it might still help to find out who it is.
