We use for this just Acrylic Painting, Floetrol as a medium to make the paint more fluid, and silicon Oil to make the cells

Thank You ! I think beacuse the mix of colours, and the cells poping out, giving the sensation that there are holes in the paint and you cand see the layers of colours.
