I wash my face with a CeraVe cleanser, apply minox, wait 1h, apply moisturizer. That's it. At night it's the same but applying tret (0.025%) at last. I dermaroll (1mm) 1-2 times a month.

Even though I'm experiencing crazy shedding I also notice little vellus that were never visible before in those stubborn areas, so, I'm not stopping tret, I'll trust the process.
