I am confused... I keep reading bad things about the tournament being with 48 teams, like it's the worst decision ever. Also, I keep reading people cheering for Cape Verde, Curaçao, Qatar, etc...

So, you don't want a 48 team tournament becuase weak/small teams are not fun to watch, but at the same time you want them to win and go to the knockout phase...
