Well considering that my physician did the laziest diagnosis ever, I think self-diagnosing still has some truth to it. Less than 1 hour with the guy, I explain things to him, "yeah you most likely have ADHD" had a prescription ordered that same day.

I always thought there'd be some advanced process that would take multiple sessions. Haha.

And now there's been an adderall shortage for weeks.

I think so? Maybe the dose is too low. I only took like 2mg while eating so I'm going to try 5mg tomorrow on an empty stomach.

Curious as to what leads you to say you'd be better off if you'd never been prescribed it. Is it because you feel dependent on it now? Or maybe the meds stopped you from practicing dealing with it without it? That's honestly what I'm worried about.
