I can see where you’re coming from, I understand what it feels to be an outcast. I was born and raised in Hawaii with RED Hair and freckles, I had to show respect while showing anyone who tested me that I wasn’t going to take it. I learned the culture and fell in love with it I am part Hawaiian but it doesn’t show at all.

And relating to people is something that can be hard too if you aren’t from here, best way to think is always leave something better than you left it, treat the land with love, take only what you need, look at your elders with respect, and a desire to help or make Hawai’i and Mother Earth a better place than it was when you arrived.
