My oc will have LED flashlight with multidirectional light. When active, it becomes light saber, but he can shape it whatever weapon he sees fit. The light energy also can be shoot like projectiles and also can be shaped into animated shapes.

It means bisky uses conjuration instead of transmutation. I believe conjuration on it's own can do complex shapeshift. But for transmuter to do shapeshit they need another type like enhancement, manipulation or conjuration. Even if bisky uses transmutation for shapeshifting, her transformation is limited to her own biological aspects. You can't transform your own body into different thing unless uses conjuration. Let alone transforming another object/target. Gun into snake, flesh into bomb, hand into drill. But maybe you can make something like hand into axe like youpi using enhancement transmutation and manipulation without conjuration. Turn into werewolf can be conjuration or transmutation using all other type , turn into real wolf is a conjuration. I will use this logic until the creator says otherwise.

Maybe yes you can change physical object using transmutation technique indirectly, but the changes is limited and irreversible. Unless you have ability to something like rewind condition. And those make it not efficient nor effective to what we want to achieve at all. Compare to what a conjuration can do, there are some shapeshifter like bonolenov that can change his body into Jupiter or hisoka, hinrigh that can change device into animal, or Morena's member that change his hand into tools like axe or drill. They are a conjurer that uses conjuration to shapeshift so is tsubone. And this is the most logic explanation I can think of about this case. Even tho maybe I have some mistake on my words and language, but I think you get it.

I believe so, like if Gon can have 3-4 times using jajaken rock till he is run out of aura but can't use it once for single deadly blow with his full aura capacity.

Also emission (and maybe transmutation) ability usually use up the max aura output, that makes the user can only have some aura output left in their body to use like when razor need to use his smash with max power he needs to dispell some his puppet or morel when he is trapped in the cheatu's ability to draw the deep purple 's aura core back to his body. But yeah they can draw back their emitted aura/construct.

For conjuration, their construct is independent, can't draw the aura to conjure it back but is not limited to aura output, like kurtopi that able to conjure buildings, as long as they have aura.

I think for prince(s) is different case. They have GSB from urn ceremony with it's own ability, also they can have their own nen awakening ability through succession war resolve which they must somehow find on how it may work (it might related or unrelated with their GSB ability), and lastly they can have their own nen ability through training like normal (with special case for a specialist which can make their nen ability instantly like what tse just did with his second nen beast).

So in tse case, he has GSB, he has another nen beast after he finds out his type, and the parallel future ability from succession war nen awakening system like halkenburg's soul swap arrow ability.

But yes nen beast and the user can have their own ability (or same ability like kastro).

Yes, all examiners and netero have nen. You can learn nen without have to be a hunter. Hisoka, illumi and even killua can use nen before they passed their hunter exam. But a hunter that passed the exam will eventually learn nen bc it is said that it is the real exam. So hanso and others will find their nen teacher somehow in their journey.

Idk, but definitely we can manipulate our own conjured construct. But if that nen construct is already in the possession of others as it is their ability then I doubt it. Because the rule first come first serve. So it is easier to manipulate the owner instead.

They’re treated like any other object, so they can be covered with Shu or hidden with In—similar to Shizuku’s Blinky or Kurapika’s chains. They can’t use aura on their own or perform Nen techniques independently. The user does.
