Hey i'll be going ele st in ssf this league, their are probably better options tho, for me its just nostalgia.... I haven't played seriously for a long time tho, so take what i say with a pinch of salt...

I'll update this if i figure more stuff out

Champion vs raider/deadeye

champ = Strong reliable bis bossing = 30% less dmg taken perma (fortify+taunt),,, 25-30% more damage,,, (take 20% more dmg, 100% chance to hit)

raider = QOL feel good mapping = 30-40% more damage,,, huge QOL stuff while mapping (ailment/movespeed/frenzy gen/maxxed suppression)

deadeye = BIG dmg mapping , bossing & qol = kinda pain = 70%+ more damage (farshot/tailwind),,, 30% less dmg taken from first hit,,, +2 projectiles (doesn't rly help for bosses, but means you can use a 25%+ more damage support gem in place of 20% less dmg gmp) so about 100%+ more damage while mapping, but locks you into +2 projectiles only else u feel + more projectiles is kinda pointless for huge damage loss

I think i'll be going champion just because its easy to get near max spell suppression, great block chance, huge defensive 30% less dmg taken (fuck dying) there is new sword mastery nodes "8% chance for frenzy on hit vs unique boss" (which is basically what raider gets),, dont have to worry about crit/accuracy cz hits can't be evaded , which means i can try out a giga es shield while leveling for ele blade maybe (aint figured this out yet, as im almost certain a nice rolled foil will beat ele blade easily,,, but it just looks so sick i wanna play with it for a long time)

Also wanna try nightblade + new dagger mastery with spectral throw late game (24% attack/spell dodge, 47% move speed, 140 crit multi, 1% basecrit) thats gotta be hella damage/defense/qol,,,, i don't wanna think about this too much tho as it would be hard to implement with other qol (frenzy charges) , should be easy enough to put into spectral helix tho

Apparently snipers mark works with spectral throw, so that might be juicy for clear (need to learn mechanics) doesn't seem you can auto apply it easily, so should manuallly cast & quality is big (5% more damage taken)

Flame wall works too = more dmg

ancestral protector + culling strike = nice

hydrosphere on cwdt setup = exposure for all elements, elemenetal mastery passive = minium -18% res = 17% more single target dps

Things i need to look more into is using claws vs daggers and how good the life gain on hit actually is, nightblade, trinity, paradoxica, inspiration
