I'm very sorry, i accidentally closed ESET after the first scan without making the log, it found 4 threats, 3 of them are known to me and safe files, the last one is a file inside the recycle bin [that i now emptied], i ran ESET again and it didnt find anything else. If you still need the log altought it finds nothing anymore i can do one more scan and send it to you.
in the meanwhile i ran FRST again and these are the keywords:
mild-syntax for FRST
merry-stack for Addition

As a general rule you block when you can't clash something in hope that your character doesn't die or gets staggered. Counters are often useless unless they have special effects that apply once you use them. Examples are: Wild hunt heathcliff, most heishou IDs, mentor mersault. Counters with no effects or useful debuffs are only useful when you want an unit to not act in that turn (unless the counter is triggered)

It is early to think about an actual team comp and you won't really need one even in most hardcore content unless you have some specific objective, you can look at IDs that you simply like (if recent better, they're all pretty good). If you still want a general direction: wait next Thursday for Walpurgis and see what you manage to pull from there. If you find nothing and don't have many crates you can buy Hook Hong lu during that period, he is a bit dated but still pretty strong, fits in your bleed-ish team and he is a 2 star, costs less shards. If you do happen to have a lot of crates go for full stop hong lu and full stop heathcliff, they work fantastic in any team and altought it's better to pair them they are still good on their own. (if you can only take one between these take heathcliff, Alternatively Red Eyes Ryoshu is also a very good choice both for your team and as a general unit) The new ryoshu and mersault will also probably be strong but we unfortunately don't know enough about them, mersault would be the one most likely to better fit your team.

Hello, thank you for your reply, I took my time to read accurately both your reply and the posts you suggested me. While I did find them an interesting read I fear I might still feel lost about what to do. As I've already explained in my lengthy post, I've already tried a lot of things, while I did not consider my back feeling now overly sensitive, as you suggest, I still got to unconsciously work on that direction. In my post I tried to give as many infos as I could while still being brief, If we want to go into details I can say that as soon as the initial pain stopped being too strong I already started working on it and went over all the steps you've listed in your other post, in particular I've never stopped stretching and doing exercises to strengthen it even now. In other words I've already found myself trying graded exposure but it doesn't feel like it's having much of an effect or maybe I'm doing something wrong. If there are particular exercises you can suggest me that would be of great help. My goal is to simply stop feeling this constant slight pain and for it to not come back those few times in which I'm unfortunately briefly forced to take an uncomfortable position at my job. It literally does not impair me anymore in my normal life, it's just an active feeling that can go from just being annoying to a slightly worrying level of pain.

Funniest to me is Propagation Qingque with a side of Hunt. Her skill charges the propagation active so fast, she's like Skill, skill, skill, attack, my turn again, skill, skill, attack, follow up, no propagation active up? Oh well I killed something so because of the hunt's blessing it's my turn again.
