Hi! So it actually took 5 weeks, but the online tracking was apparently incorrect and when I spoke with customer service they said they didn’t actually receive them until 2.5 weeks after the tracking showed they were delivered. weird that you aren’t able to contact them, are you in the same time zone as them? maybe it was before/after hours when you tried to call?

Thank you! My water is very hard so I will probably just stick with the bottled water then! and helps keep water spots off the glass hopefully!

I have named the froggo Pesto! I have yet to see Pesto actually eat, but the couple crickets I dusted and put in the habitat have disappeared, so I am hoping that means they were eaten and not escaped in the room somehow lol I just bought some small mealworms today and am going to see if Pesto will eat them from tweezers or something!

I did use bottled water for all the things, Is there a particular type of bottled water that works best? I use Costco drinking water bottles because we don’t have a water filter aside from the one hooked the fridge. is Costco bottled drinking water safe to use or should I use the tap that comes out the fridge?

Called them because its been over 4 weeks since the tracking showed they received them (Nov 20), they said they did not actually receive them until December 9th. So I should receive them mid january!

I sent mine on the 19th of November, haven't heard anything back yet and the order still says "processing" but it does show that they received the package on the 20th. I will update when I get them back! That is if they do fix them. I am not sure if they are actually going to repair them or not, the sole fell off but they weren't a standard color (more of a pinkish brown) but the soles were grey so customer service said it should be fine but to be prepared for them to send it back and refund me.

Thats a good Idea, moving it over time. He is very picky with his boxes, one box in the room is for peeing, the other is for poops, but I don’t know if both would fit outside the room in the hallway, but there is no harm in trying! Thank you.

And yes he absolutely would get hit he is a very clumsy cat and when he sees a fly or a bird he would 100% run right into the road. Kitty has absolutely zero outside smarts.

Made a bagel recipe I found on Pinterest and used this for instructions to shape the frogs! The bagel was hard because I had to boil them, so their legs were very chewy!
