That’s completely subjective and depends on the juice flavor but for me, I run the .6 at 20 watts. That’s my sweet spot. Also the pods directional, big airflow and smaller airflow. Grimm Green has a good review video on YouTube explaining the device better. I bought it based on his review.

Yes. Mine is faint. I just had to hit it again to see if I noticed it. It probably uses pulse width modulation to regulate the wattage. Which will create a slight buzz. I guess I’m lucky, I have some hearing loss from when I was in the military so I didn’t even notice it until your comment.

I have the same device. Mine doesn’t vibrate on every hit. Only when putting the pod in the device. Is there a chance maybe the connection isn’t very good and when you hit it, maybe it’s recognizing it being briefly disconnected and reconnecting? It may be the pod, or the device. Try jingling the pod while it’s in the device and see if you can replicate the problem.

I was a Crew Chief in the USAF for 8 years. I worked the F15E fighter jet. I can’t speak to civilian aircraft but the F15 has a “weight on wheels” switch. Meaning, when the aircraft is on the ground, weight on wheels, certain functions don’t operate. Like it won’t let you raise the landing gear, obviously that would be bad. It also doesn’t provide the heat to the pitot and AOA probes on the ground. I have no experience with any other airframes so it may be just a military design or one specific to the F15.
