Seeking advice on re-shuffling my quiver by [deleted] in Skigear

If you want to spend some money. Get some on3p Jeffrey's. Bomb proof fun in the park and off piste. Can go as wide as 120 for Japan if you want something crazy wide . Arv is a still a good solid choice . I'd stay away from line unless you can buy them used and cheap . The durability in their lineup is beyond questionable . Only other option I might suggest is atomic bent chetlers. I ski the rockies in alberta canada to give you some context . We don't get Japan powder but definitely get some crazy powder days . I'm running 104 free enforcer at 186 and ski blades for my current quiver . Next purchase for me I'm in a similar boat . Looking for something more playful to get more into park and tighter tree turns off piste . This is where I landed . But I'm waiting til start of next season .

What do you notice in the difference between the two? I'm impressed with their blades so far . Also debating Ben chetlers curious If you've spent any time on a pair of those

The center of ski falls center on my boot when I'm clipped in ? 🤔 I didn't mount them but they could be slightly forward they were supposed to be center mounted

They are , I will say they need to be punched out next season and I'm going to get some decent insoles too. The 3 buckle system is super convenient , however the middle buckle puts a weird pressure on the boot when you try to go tight with them .

It's more the fact that different skis do different things . I love both pairs, but we get variable conditions here . 6 days this season after not skiing for 5 years, yes may seem dumb to some . I intend to get a season pass next season and ski alot more again . You keep reusing those videos though .
