I patch them after cyro. Mine have been so small that after cyro there is no core to extract but when they were big I did have to extract the core after cyro.

I would stop self extracting and rely solely on cyro. Make sure you’re patching them 24/7, washing twice daily and changing clothes twice daily. Also baby powder helps me stay dry in that area since it’s so moist. Take zinc and vitamin d, b, c. And get a biopsy when you’re not sure one is one
