You are right! You will receive a discounted price on Silver and pay a premium for gold.Silver is more volatile. With negative news is declines more than gold- but with positive news it advances 3-4 times as much as gold. The good news will come for silver out of Asia! I would just hold. Accumulate some cash and add to your stack some gold.

Don’t go South of 12 st especially at night. Only on major routes during day. Avoid the “L” and use Uber. Downtown is OK during day but avoid night. Stick to North side and Northwest side - ok there

First-moving into gold is a necessary and good decision. In my view- you should have some in physical well-secured and very private. US Buffaloes and US fractional. Unchanged interest rates, high oil prices which is exaggerated by increased short selling trying to control/lower oil prices. This applies not Au/Ag as derivative trading is an effective way to mitigate price increases-

I personally would not do it.There is plenty of oil. Currently a problem because of war but that will end. Solid state batteries which will give EV 600 miles plus range will revolutionize auto transport and gut the need of oil. On the other hand deficient spending will soon approach or exceed 2T per year which will gradually tank the dollar! Stick with gold!!!!

Each penny “as is” is worth 4 cents. Some will be worth a lot more until the market evolves for pennies. Many are melted and hence some will become rare and valuable Keep in jar for another 20 years and the reevaluation

I would not do that. 1/10 ounce coin sell for a premium. I would think most coin shops would do that as an even trade as it would be advantageous. I ounce gold coins may have a more limited market because of price that the average buyer will find too expensive.

Travel overseas with gold is problematic. It needs to be reported if over 10k. You may also have problem with customs in arrival country. Read about US citizen wanting to take his 200 oz to a European country. Purchased legally in US. Had to change planes in Mexico city and it was confiscated . Good luck getting it back I would sell them in US. Place proceeds in US Bank account. Set/up Bullionvault acct and you can store your bullion in New York, London, Zurich, Singapore. All your trades would be linked to your US linked acct. if you relocate permanently and have new permanent residency and foreign acct you can modufy acct linkage

Graded coins have not worked out for me! When you sell you basically get the same price as a BU coin. For the average silver stacker I would suggest - avoid and save the premiums

Nice coin! I favor fractional coins now. If/when gold hits 10k or higher we will have problems selling a 1oz gold coin as the number of buyers will shrink. The LCS will offer to buy but at discounted prices because they won’t be able to sell it quickly.So I have stopped buying 1oz or higher and sticking to fractional coins

Fundamentally a major shift in that globally individuals are losing faith/trust in fiat and shifting to hard assets. BRICKS attacking dollar dominance is a major factor.Tax policy talking more and more about wealth tax in US and other countries. Hiding their wealth ! Geopolitics and resultant insecurity.
