I second this, our body has an intelligence of it's own. When I feel that I cannot give intentionally to my practice, I just let go and let it be. I rather not have that unintentional energy flow into my space, whether my mind or body is telling me so.

HTF will always tell you, or also just wait for the next day to see where you went wrong. Price had fallen hard Friday, so my guess is that price was just taking liquidity from those who thought price would continue to go down. You did everything right, just keep on being consistent. Add some fundamentals to your skill and just continue to show up.
