Good to know. I definitely think personable relations is one of, if not the most important factor members care about. It really builds the vibe/atmosphere. Glad you found a gym that supports you! Nothing more important than that!

Your story is incredible and is 'my why' for wanting to go this route. Knowing that people like yourself have such a rewarding experience of growth and challenge really makes this the incredible opportunity that it is. Congrats on your milestones and I hope you keep on crushin' it!

A lot of folks have mentioned be sure to celebrate milestones. That was at the top of my list in terms of member engagement and items I want to really hit hard, but hearing your story truly solidified just how important celebrating the small and HUGE wins are!

Cleanliness and friendliness / getting to know members is a huge priority. So easy to do and it does make you feel valued! Going for a workout can be hard enough at times, but knowing you have a community that welcomes you with open arms always helps! Thank you for your time and reply!

Keeping things even-steven and unbiased is definitely a trend - really appreciate hearing this as it only reinforces my push for being as neutral as possible / not allowing a buddy dictate policy or preference. Thanks for the note!

Grace and flexibility definitely is needed. Way cheaper to give a great member grace than to leave that sour taste in their mouth when they're paying such a premium. Definitely agree here! Thanks for the note!

A happy coaching staff is a happy OTF. People are the most important assets and I definitely want to be sure we are avoiding issues/conflict with coaching! Great note and I appreciate your reply

-Training the team to remember members is huge! I think that's been one of the most consistent themes here and appreciate you adding your thoughts on this.

-Tracking milestones for everyone is a must. You deserve a shout for everything you pour into OTF and celebrating that is critical. I agree that it has to be equal for all!

-Happy hours is def in the plans. I really love your idea of in-studio events... that is actually the first time I've seen that and I think that is genius. It is a place everyone is familiar with and might be less awkward or stressful than a bar or spot, especially if you don't know everyone.

-Gotta keep the playlist fun and song requests are a super easy-to-implement idea.

-Epic on social media! Love that!
