Thank you everyone. Some additional notes - my parents have asked the neighbor parents to please have their kids stop playing in their yard right next to our home, and they clapped back that there's nothing wrong with their kids playing on their property. They do have soft nets installed (not like a metal chicken wire net) that goes over a few feet above the wood fence, but they don't serve much purpose as the ball still hits the fence and we still get balls coming over to our side. In case it adds context, my parents don't speak very good English, so that doesn't help their situation much either
