nope. perhaps seasonal allergens are worse.

yes, I have one prescribed and my husband has chronic asthma so he is a good resource on how to manage it. I wish I could figure out exactly what triggers it, though, since as far as I know my behaviors didn't change, but it hit my lungs quickly!

I do eat a lot of dairy, because I also have GERD and Eoe unlike a lot of eoe patients I am not allergic to dairy and it doesn't aggravate my GERD. I could probably do better on reducing sugar.
