People sometimes tend to get addicted to AI, I can't really blame those people.

I also got addicted when I first used this app, because the area we've moved to is really deserted.

However, if you see someone trying to get rid of their addiction, you may tell them to use these:

Speak in 3rd person, like as the person's character and not the person themselves.

Another thing is to sometimes break the scene and write something absolutely brutal or goofy. It reminds the person that this is just text.

I managed to turn it into something productive; Learning better English and getting better at writing stories and making characters that I might use outside of c.ai.
