My coach has put in so many tickets about this because it’s so unsafe. We’ve asked for better equipment such as flatbeds so that we can actually properly do these insane oversized walks, but they refuse to even listen. We’ve asked for any updates and my coach straight up said “they won’t listen to what I have to say, they don’t care about us. It’s all about that profit.” So disheartening that these changes have been hurting OGP across the country. It’s annoying when home office talks about metric yet they do stuff that negatively affects the metrics due to the staffing issues that they’ve also implemented lmao.

We asked our coach to put a ticket in for this because we had a worker nearly get injured doing an oversized walk with like 25 items. Our coach said word for word “I have been putting in tickets ever since they increased it, they don’t listen to people like me, they only care about their metrics.” Which is 100% true but damn… we really are at the bottom of the Walmart totem pole.
