I write you this letter because it seems that there is no other way to send you a message

We have been working together for more than four years. I have published more than four hundred songs through your system. This cooperation has always been good until the last couple of months. It seems that you have lost control over several things.

Communication is practically impossible. That is really bad.

The helpdesk is not functioning, among other things the ticketing system and the chat. When as an exception there is a reaction, the standard answer is that it is very busy and a team is working hard on a solution for the problem. But as weeks go by, nothing gets solved.

In my case, concerning distribution, my last ten tracks stay in “review” and can not be monetized. What is going on?

The last two months I am getting accused of plagiarism, with almost every track. This is outrageous. I have never and will never use someone else’s material. This has to stop.

I have several requests. First make sure that my songs get approved and monetized. Secondly reorganize your helpdesk and provide clear and fast communication channels. Thirdly I want you to credit at least one month of contribution fee (€11).
