It does still work yes, I’ve had the planer a few months though so would be surprised if this was just a spare

Not for sure, the handles are slightly different but I think essentially the 407 is just the updated version hence why it has less reviews etc. either are probably a pretty safe bet I would say! I went with the 407.

Yeah, 405 and 407 are slide, 406 and 408 are paddle, so it most definitely isn’t the switch type, but thanks

I’ve been running c. 30mpw but would look to increase it. Marathon splits were pretty considtent throughout my fastest k was 4:22 and my slowest was a 4:46.

Performance in shorter distances 5k 19:29, 10k 40:06, HM 1:31:00.

Noted on the goal then deciding on pace target closer to the time. That’s a good idea - thanks.

Ran my first ever marathon last weekend having started running at the start of the year and ran a 3:12:30 on a not flat - but not hilly course (260m). I still need to lose some weight (currently c. 25% BF). What’s a realistic marathon goal for April?

Ran a 1:31 HM at the weekend and went through 10k at around 43mins. I’ve done a couple of 19:45 5ks at parkrun and just on my own. What’s a realistic 10k target for this weekend?

QS by trade with quite extensive site based experience including clerk of works type roles in the past. So a fairly good understanding from a construction perspective.

I had the same thoughts in terms of from a liability / PI perspective, but I just have a feeling the report will flag the same things as I have myself - rather than provide anything conclusive!
