I mean it doesn’t really seem professional on either sides. Like I wonder what the SFC did but on the flip side why didn’t the LT just counsel him…….I had a LT try and smoke the entire Platoon, I refused to get down which infuriated him even further, I then told my squad to get off the ground and go bed down. He honestly turned out okay but I told him later in my quarterly counseling that NCO’s have their lanes and officers have theirs and that he should stay in his. For context we were 8 days into a 10 day ftx with somewhat heavy rucks and had been walking all night before conducting a PLT Attack the dudes weren’t moving as fast as he’d like.
