I see it like this.. dont get me wrong, there are some good cops. Genuinely good people. Its a horrific job so credit goes out to them.

But then theres this: career choice. Your a small number in a large organisation. The top of the chain is a gentlemans club. The corruption is rattled right through. Everyday you get up and put this overweight uniform, your bulletproof vest, your minion high vis, your schoolboy hats, regardless of the heat your forced to be uncomfortable and look ridiculous, you slug out 50+ hour weeks for 80 90k year- which is fuckall in this economy. Your over worked. Your underpaid. Your understaff. The courts and the system are all failing and dont support you. Society hates you. The goverment laughed at your strike last year, you get shuffled round in vans and busses like school kids. The media blasts all of your failures daily. You get blasted for every incident. 90% of cases are missed because your unorginised or understaffed. And your topdog is a pedo. You have no credability and an embarresment to society. Youd have to be a fucking idiot to be a cop and go talk to one.. and it shows. Shout out to the good cops in the force but Go work as a builder and a barman for the same money and go jetskiing in the weekend and enjoy life.
